Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before booking any tour or service with Alanya Daily Tours (Long Distance Turizm Seyahat Acentası — Licence No: 15040). By making a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms on behalf of yourself and all members of your party.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • A booking is confirmed only once you have received a written confirmation from us via email or WhatsApp.
  • You must provide accurate personal details at the time of booking, including the number of passengers, hotel name, and contact number.
  • Bookings made less than 24 hours before departure are subject to availability and must be confirmed directly via WhatsApp.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel a booking at our discretion, in which case a full refund will be issued.

2. Payment

  • Payment can be made online by credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard) or in cash (EUR, GBP, USD, or Turkish Lira).
  • Online payments are processed securely. We do not store your card details.
  • All prices shown on our website are per person unless otherwise stated.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice, but any change will not affect a confirmed booking.
  • For group bookings, a deposit may be required to secure the reservation.

3. Cancellation & Refund Policy

The following cancellation terms apply to all bookings:

  • Cancellations must be made in writing via WhatsApp or email. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
  • Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
  • In the event of a cancellation due to force majeure (natural disaster, government restrictions, etc.), a full refund or free rescheduling will be offered.

4. Cancellation by Alanya Daily Tours

  • We reserve the right to cancel or modify any tour due to adverse weather conditions, insufficient bookings, safety concerns, or any circumstances beyond our control.
  • In such cases, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule at no additional cost.
  • We are not liable for any additional costs incurred (flights, accommodation, etc.) as a result of a tour cancellation by us.
  • We will notify you of any cancellation as early as possible — typically the evening before departure.

5. Hotel Pickup & Punctuality

  • Pickup times are communicated the evening before your tour via WhatsApp or phone call.
  • Please be ready in your hotel lobby at least 5 minutes before the scheduled pickup time.
  • If you are not present at pickup time, the vehicle will not wait and no refund will be issued.
  • Pickup times may vary by up to 15 minutes depending on traffic and hotel locations.
  • Pickup is available from hotels in Alanya, Side, and Antalya. If your hotel is in an inaccessible area, a local transfer will be arranged at no extra cost.

6. Health, Fitness & Special Requirements

  • It is your responsibility to ensure you are physically fit to participate in the tour activities.
  • If you have any medical conditions, mobility restrictions, or special requirements, you must inform us at the time of booking.
  • We reserve the right to refuse participation if we believe a customer's health or condition could put themselves or others at risk.
  • Pregnant women and passengers with serious health conditions are advised to consult their doctor before booking.
  • We are not responsible for any injury or health complications arising from failure to disclose a pre-existing medical condition.

7. Children & Minors

  • Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian throughout the tour.
  • The accompanying adult is fully responsible for the child's safety and behaviour during the tour.
  • Age-based pricing applies: children aged 4–10 receive a discounted rate; babies aged 0–3 travel free of charge.
  • Please declare the exact ages of children at the time of booking to ensure correct pricing.

8. Behaviour & Conduct

  • All passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards our staff, guides, drivers, and fellow travellers at all times.
  • Any passenger whose behaviour is deemed disruptive, dangerous, or offensive may be removed from the tour without refund.
  • Consumption of alcohol is not permitted on our vehicles.
  • Passengers must follow all instructions given by the guide or driver for safety reasons.
  • Alanya Daily Tours is not responsible for any damage caused by a passenger to property or other individuals.

9. Itinerary Changes

  • While we make every effort to follow the published itinerary, the order of visits may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, or operational reasons.
  • In exceptional circumstances, specific sites may be substituted with alternatives of equal or greater value.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by road conditions, border controls, or third-party service providers.

10. Optional Activities

  • Some tours include optional activities such as hot air balloon flights, quad biking, or boat trips. These are not included in the tour price unless explicitly stated.
  • Optional activities are arranged with third-party providers. Alanya Daily Tours acts only as an intermediary and is not liable for the conduct or safety standards of those providers.
  • Participation in optional activities is entirely at the passenger's own risk.
  • If an optional activity is cancelled due to weather or safety reasons, any payment made directly to the third-party provider is subject to their own refund policy.

11. Liability

  • Alanya Daily Tours holds travel insurance covering all passengers during our tours and transportation.
  • We are not liable for any loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the tour. Passengers are advised to keep valuables secure at all times.
  • We are not responsible for any costs or losses arising from missed flights, accommodation, or other travel arrangements due to tour delays or cancellations.
  • Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the tour booking in question.

12. Photography & Privacy

  • Our guides or staff may take photographs during tours for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to appear in any photos, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.
  • By participating in our tours, you grant us permission to use non-identifiable images for marketing purposes, unless you opt out as described above.
  • Passengers must respect local photography rules at religious sites, museums, and other restricted areas.

13. Complaints

  • If you have a complaint during the tour, please inform your guide or driver immediately so we can resolve it on the spot.
  • Complaints made after the tour must be submitted in writing via WhatsApp or email within 7 days of the tour date.
  • We will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and provide a full response within 14 days.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes arising from bookings made with Alanya Daily Tours shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Antalya, Turkey.
