Eligibility rules (important): Minimum age 6, minimum weight ~30 kg, maximum weight ~110 kg. Children 6–7 may require an adult in the pool. Guests with certain conditions (epilepsy, Down syndrome, open wounds, fever) cannot participate. Final approval is always at the trainer’s discretion on the day. Must be able to swim: This is a mandatory safety requirement — non-swimmers cannot join the in-pool session. The Dolphin Show (separate product at 35 €) is the recommended alternative for non-swimmers and younger children. Session guidelines: Remove jewelry before entering. No flash photography. Follow trainer instructions at all times. Dolphins are powerful animals — unintended contact may cause minor scrapes. Accompanying guests: Non-swimming companions can come at no extra charge (as spectators) and watch from the pool edge. Photos are allowed from outside the pool. |
